GX16/YB16 mining explosion-proof aviation connector cable is specially designed for coal mine KJ90 monitoring system, including two types: single-head large-size GX16 female finished cable and YB16-4Pin panel-mount male socket short cable with standard 4-hole 4Pin structure. The cable adopts blue special mining sheath material, adapting to complex underground working conditions with humidity, dust and corrosive gas. It features tensile and wear resistance, and resists cracking after repeated bending. The aviation connector adopts enlarged explosion-proof threaded structure, nickel-plated metal housing for rust prevention, knurled nut for quick tightening and locking. The integrated thickened waterproof buffer rubber sleeve at the tail effectively buffers cable pulling force and avoids loosening and power failure caused by underground vibration. The YB16 panel male socket is equipped with rubber waterproof gasket to realize sealing, dustproof and explosion-proof after equipment installation. Internal gold-plated copper pins deliver low contact resistance and excellent oxidation resistance for long-term underground operation. The 4 multi-color inner pure copper flexible wires facilitate on-site distinction of power and signal circuits for easy maintenance. All finished cables are pre-welded in factory.
